What are Agile Data Guides courses?
Agile Data Guides courses are practical, hands-on workshops built around Agile Data Patterns, and taught by expert practitioners. Each course teaches one pattern in enough depth that your team can apply it the next working day. Some run virtually so your team can join from anywhere. Others run face to face in your office. Available as scheduled public courses or run privately for your team.

The problem

A talk inspires. It doesn't build muscle memory. A week later, the team is back to its old way of working.
Real change needs practice. A pattern explained, then applied, then debriefed. Hands on the canvas. Stakeholders in the room. The shape of the work changes only when the team feels it work.

How it works
How are Agile Data Guides courses run?
Every course is a workshop, not a lecture. Small groups. Hands-on exercises based on real life examples. Some courses run virtually so your team can join from anywhere. Others run face to face in your office. Each course page tells you which.
Public courses are scheduled and open. Anyone can join. Private courses are the same content, run for one team or one organisation, on dates that fit your urgency and your data team's availability.
Shane teaches his Agile Data courses. Other expert Guides teach theirs, specialists who have spent years perfecting the Patterns. The instructor is named on every course page, and it is always a live person in the room, never pre-recorded content.
The Agile Data courses follow the same patterns as the books and the AI Coach. Once your team has done one, the Pattern Template and the Coach are still there.
